Educational preparation for a competitive future: the Academy’s reflections on young people’s education

For some time now, I’ve been noticing a worrying reality: our students finish their schooling without the real tools to face the world. The education system, with the best of intentions, keeps making things easier… but too often these “easier paths” end up becoming a poisoned gift.

Is it normal for entire courses to pass without a single student failing? For grade repetition to almost disappear? In the workplace, when an employee doesn’t perform, there aren’t endless second or third chances: they are simply replaced by someone who is capable. Sooner or later, our young people will experience this first-hand.

That is why I firmly believe that not everything goes in education. Knowledge, skills, and above all effort and perseverance must have real value. When these elements are missing, students fail to develop the discipline, responsibility, and attitude they need to move forward.

Parents play a key role here: you can give your children the opportunity to learn in an environment that truly believes in positive challenge and in competitive, high-quality education.

At Acadèmia A+ de Reus, we work to ensure that students receive the best preparation, both in English—essential for their professional future—and in reinforcement classes to master school content with confidence and solidity.

Investing in their education is not just about helping them pass exams; it’s about ensuring that when they reach the real world, they are able to stand out, defend themselves, and move forward. The future is competitive and demanding. Let’s give them the tools they need now.
