PAYMENTS
-
Payment of fees must be made during the first week of each current month (monthly fee: the first week of the current month; quarterly fee: the first week of the quarter; annual fee: the first week of the start of the course). Any additional week without paying the fee, without prior notification, will involve a surcharge of €5 per week on the outstanding fee.
-
Returned bank receipts must be regularized by paying the corresponding amount, with an additional surcharge of €5 for bank charges.
-
Regarding payments for individual lesson packs, these must be paid no later than the day of the first class in the pack. To cancel a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the hour will be deducted from the pack, regardless of whether it has been taken or not. If the class is scheduled for a Monday, you must notify us the previous Friday. In the event of failure to meet the payment deadline, the academy does not guarantee the availability of the place at the agreed time.
